Lakis Commercial Realty, LLC, (LCR) was formed in 2005 by Nicholas S. Pistolakis, Principal and Broker of Record.  LCR provides commercial real estate services including tenant and landlord representation; investment sales and acquisition; multi-parcel assemblage; and development of industrial properties.

LCR focuses on properties ranging from retail and industrial to office and land.  Our area of expertise includes Northern Ocean and Southern Monmouth Counties.

  Nick Pistolakis, Principal and Broker of Record

Prior to founding LCR, Nick was associated with NAI Atlantic Coast Realty from 2002-2005.  He was previously with Diane Turton, Realtors, Point Pleasant, New Jersey, where he achieved Top Producer and Sales Person of the Year for 2000, and Most Closed Sales companywide.

Nick completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgian Court University.  He is a New Jersey Licensed Real Estate Broker.
